Your business decides what gets built.

Krafera listens to the problem, pins down the real need, and designs a solution built for your business. Sometimes that is a software setting or a process fix, sometimes AI-powered automation, and sometimes custom software, a website, or a mobile app.

Everyday friction at work

In accounting, an invoice that doesn’t match the order. In operations, a record entered twice. In management, a report running late.

All three can start in the same place: the work moves between records and people that aren’t connected. In discovery, Krafera works back from the symptom to find that shared source.

The approach, from first call to setup

The work moves in five steps. The first four run from understanding the work to handing the solution to your team; the fifth reviews the result.

  1. Introductory call

In a free online call, you describe the work you see as a priority, and Krafera asks how it gets done today.

  2. Discovery

With the people on your team who do the work, Krafera identifies its steps, the tools in use, and the points where it waits.

  3. Proposal and decision (pilot if needed)

Krafera sets out the shape of the solution in a written proposal, with a small pilot first if needed. Whether to accept it is your call.

  4. Setup and handover

Where possible, Krafera builds the solution inside the tools you already use and tests it on real work with your team. After handover, your team runs it.

Measurement and next steps

Criteria for the result, written into the proposal

Krafera checks two things separately: whether the new setup works, and what has changed in your business. Your decision on whether to continue rests on those two findings.

Built around where the work stalls

Sometimes the answer is a setting in software you already use; sometimes it's a process automation or new software, and if your work calls for it, a website redesign or a mobile app.

Order and return questions answered by hand

    1. Today

Questions about order status and returns arrive through the online store, a marketplace, WhatsApp, and email and pile up with one person, who opens each order and types every reply by hand.

    2. After setup

Questions land in one record, reply drafts follow the order status, and the team handles only the exceptions.

    3. What to check

How many questions are still answered by hand, and how much of the team’s time do they take?

    Appointment questions waiting across channels

    1. Today

Appointment and information questions are spread across several channels; some wait unanswered, while others are answered twice by different people.

    2. After setup

Each question is logged once and has a named owner for the first reply; a question left unanswered triggers a reminder.

    3. What to check

Is any question left unanswered, and how long does the first reply take?

Group and event requests left without an owner

    1. Today

Group and event requests come in through several channels and land with different people; every quote is prepared from scratch.

    2. After setup

Whichever channel a request comes through, entering the dates and headcount produces a quote draft from the price list; the assigned salesperson reviews it and sends it.

    3. What to check

How much time passes between a request coming in and the quote going out?

    Full scenario

The first step is an
introductory call.

Krafera replies to your call request by email, and you agree on a time together in that exchange.
