Five steps that start with a call.
Work whose follow-up lives in one person’s memory or a notebook can stall when that person is away. Krafera states clearly in its written proposal which criteria will be used to assess the result.
The first call is free and online.
The steps and what each needs from you
-
Introductory call
- What happens
- Krafera replies to your call request by email; the work you described in the form is then discussed in a free online call.
- Your part
- A few sentences in the form about the work you want to discuss.
-
Discovery
- What happens
- Krafera holds short conversations with the people who run the work and maps how it is done today.
- Your part
- Time from your team for those conversations.
Krafera uses the business information you share in calls and during discovery only for the work it does with you, and does not use it in a presentation or any other example without your permission.
-
Proposal and decision (pilot if needed)
- What happens
- The written proposal sets out what will be built and, if needed, the small pilot to try first.
- Your part
- Your decision on the proposal.
Scope and fee are set out in the written proposal.
-
Setup and handover
- What happens
- Krafera sets up the solution, tests it on real work with your team, and hands it over.
- Your part
- A few people to use the solution in the trial, and your sign-off at the end.
-
Measurement and next steps
- What happens
- Krafera reviews the result with you against the criteria written in the proposal.
- Your part
- Time to look at the result together, and your decision on next steps.
